The Literary Challenge – In 2016, 2020 and 2021 Saskia wrote 29 (or 28) plays in 29 days in February as well as 30 short stories in June 2020 and 14 short film scripts in September. A number of these form the basis of 2021’s Fringe play “Love in the Time of Lockdown”. Saskia also took part in the challenge to write 30 short stories and twice 14 screenplays in 2021 and 2022. The last challenge was used to write the basis of “Battle – a new mystery play”.

2019-2020 for the Brighton Early Music Festival (BREMF) Saskia wrote lyrics for some of teh songs and the story of “The Feast of Fools” – below Miranda Mufema as the Child Bishop

2017-18 BREMF Community Choir: Saskia wrote the story and directed the concert “The Music of Lewes Priory, Life and Martyrdom of Thomas Becket”, performed in la Charité, France , Lewes and Brighton. With Sebastian Sandys as Beckett

2002-2012 – Saskia co-wrote the plays, pantos and song lyrics for Drama for Fun, with members of the group and directed the plays.

2004 – The Gooseberry Fools, “Munchbox” – a play for children about healthy eating. The cast.

Future Projects:
Musical: Revere Reach with music by William Drake (not yet performed) A story about a young woman who hires onto a sailing ship in the late 19th century, pretending she is a man. She is searching for her lost love who was taken away by the mermaids.
Play: Ash Blonde with Judi Smith, (not yet performed), about the friendship between two German and two Jewish women, two in the present and two in the 1940s.
